Terms of Service

The Service offers (a) free face-analysis tools and guides that run in your browser, and (b) a paid digital product, the Full Face Report. Free tools remain free and do not require payment.

Results are generated by automated software for informational, educational and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, cosmetic-surgery or professional advice, and they are not an objective measure of a person's worth or attractiveness.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase.
• An account (email sign-in) is required to buy and to reopen a saved report.
• Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.

Full Face Report — $14.99 USD, one-time purchase. You pay once. It is not a subscription, does not auto-renew, and you will not be billed again for the same report. We do not offer a recurring plan as our primary product.

The price is shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. Applicable sales tax, VAT or similar charges, where required, are calculated and shown at checkout.

Payments are handled by an authorised third-party payment partner that acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. Your card details are entered with that partner and are never stored by us. Your statement may show the partner's name instead of ours.

What you receive: access to your Full Face Report, including section interpretations, a weakest-item action plan, a PDF download, a revisitable web page, hair try-ons, and a seasonal color palette. Access is delivered digitally to your account right after payment is confirmed. We may improve or adjust report content over time.

Because a one-time purchase has no recurring billing, there is nothing to cancel. The Full Face Report is a digital product delivered immediately.

• Eligible for a refund: you were charged but did not receive access; you were charged more than once for the same report; the report is materially defective and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time; or the charge was not authorised by you.
• Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@attractiveness.app from the email used on your account, with a short description of the issue.
• Once a report has been generated and delivered as described, it is otherwise non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to a refund.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve the problem quickly.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing or deceptive purposes.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, or images of minors, or images of others without their permission.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service.
• Do not resell or redistribute reports or our content, or share account access.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

You keep ownership of the photos you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to generate and display your results and to operate and secure the Service.

The Service, its software, design, text and branding belong to us. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and download your own report for personal use.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Scores, try-ons and color palettes are approximate, can vary with photo quality, lighting and angle, and may contain errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change, and material changes will apply to future purchases. Continued use after an update means you accept it. Purchases already made are honoured under the terms in force at the time.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
