Privacy Policy

Our free face-analysis tools run inside your browser. The photo you select for a free tool is analysed on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

• Account data: your email address and sign-in details when you create an account.
• Full Face Report data: when you use the paid report, the photo you provide, facial measurement results and landmarks derived from it, and the generated report content (interpretations, action plan, hair try-on images and color palette). Facial measurements derived from a photo may be considered biometric or sensitive data in some places; we use them only to produce and display your report. By starting a Full Face Report you agree to this processing, and you can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time (see “Your rights”).
• Purchase data: order identifiers, amount, currency, date and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and operate the site.
• Support messages: anything you send to support@attractiveness.app.

• To provide, save and let you reopen your Full Face Report, and generate its PDF.
• To process your purchase, prevent fraud, and handle refunds and disputes.
• To provide customer support and send service-related emails (such as receipts and access).
• To secure, maintain and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your photo for advertising.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, under obligations to protect it and use it only for our instructions:

• Payment partner: an authorised payment provider that acts as merchant of record processes your payment, collects any applicable tax, and handles payment-related fraud checks and disputes. It receives the details needed to complete the purchase (such as your email, billing details and payment information) and handles them under its own privacy policy.
• Infrastructure providers: for hosting, authentication, database storage and email delivery.
• Image-processing providers: when you generate hair try-ons or a color palette in your Full Face Report, the portrait you supplied is sent securely to automated image-processing providers solely to create those results.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer, with notice where required.

• Account and saved report data: kept while your account is active, so you can reopen your report.
• Purchase records: kept as long as needed for tax, accounting and dispute purposes.
• Technical logs: kept for a limited period for security and debugging.
• Deletion: on request, we delete your account and saved report data, except records we must legally keep.

We use technical and organisational measures such as encryption in transit, access controls and authenticated access to saved reports. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, including deleting your photo and saved report, email support@attractiveness.app from your account email. We respond within a reasonable time, and within legal deadlines.

We use essential cookies for sign-in and security. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in may not work without them.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact support@attractiveness.app and we will delete it.

We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date above. For material changes we will provide additional notice where required.
